1. Add the integration
Sign in as a teacher, open “My profile,” and select “Connect Zoom account.” Sign in to Zoom, review the permissions, and approve access. You will return to Ostazak and see the account status as connected.
2. Use the integration
Create a group or live session from the teacher dashboard. Ostazak uses the authorization to create a Zoom meeting and associate its join link with the session. Eligible students see the link at the scheduled time.
3. Data and permissions
Ostazak uses Zoom account, authorization, and meeting-management data needed to create, update, and start teaching sessions. The integration never asks for your Zoom password.
4. Remove the integration
Open “My profile” in the teacher dashboard, select “Disconnect Zoom account,” and confirm. You may also remove Ostazak from the installed apps page in your Zoom account.
5. Get help
If a meeting does not appear or authorization fails, disconnect and reconnect the account. If the problem continues, contact Support with the session time and error message.
